I love the way magic is handled in this game system. I was hoping that it would be tied very closely to nature, the natural elements, plus a mix of fantasy and the booklet did not disappoint. The booklet, physically, is very high quality and only 45 pages long, but not too expensive for what you paid for.
This book contains all the spells & favours found in your 2.5 rulebook. You may want to purchase this book if you are considering playing a sorcerer or religious character and plan on using any kind of spell/favour. I put stickers on the pages of spells I have my characters use for quick and easy reference. This helps me refer to the pages I need quickly, rather than keeping my rule book by my side when playing. It's a nice price and a good book to own for reference. Enjoy the book and please ignore the hate reviews. They have not played the game and have no idea what they are talking about.
This is a really nice little supplement book. You don't "HAVE" to get these supplements.... But, let's be real. These only enrich your MYFAROG experience, and they are so cheap that you could buy ten of them for a single module or book from another popular system. Well worth your time! I've been roleplaying since the 1980s and AD&A 1st edition. I have experienced a number of rules and systems, but MYAROG is quickly becoming a favorite.
Quick and simple guide for spell casters.
Excellent helping hand for players and myth masters alike. Wherever I play MYFAROG this book is in my bag next to my dice.
There are no new spells included in this supplement but it is a great reference for myth masters of any spellcasting class. The larger print in this version compared the core book is great and makes it easy to navigate throughout the spells. I can mark spells that I use for quick reference and although that may not sound too enticing, I use this product a hell of a lot more than many of the game supplements that are my shelf and most of those are $39+.
if you like FRP, just stay away from this crap.
